We Are Hiring: Operations Director

FinCorp Global Group is looking for an experienced Operations Director to lead and strengthen our operations in Saudi Arabia.

Requirements

Minimum 8 years of experience in operations management
At least 5 years of experience in the Saudi market
Proven record of improving efficiency, controlling costs and leading teams
Strong knowledge of local regulations and business practices
Excellent leadership, planning and communication skills

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations across all departments
Set and track operational targets and performance indicators
Build processes that support growth and quality
Work closely with senior management on strategy and budgets
