Description

We are looking for an experienced Civil Finishing Engineer with a proven track record in residential housing and villa construction projects in Saudi Arabia or other GCC countries only.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage all civil finishing works for residential buildings, housing units, and villas.
- Ensure quality execution of plastering, masonry, tiling, painting, waterproofing, gypsum works, doors, windows, and other finishing activities.
- Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Conduct inspections and coordinate with QA/QC, consultants, subcontractors, and other project teams.
- Ensure compliance with project quality standards, HSE requirements, and approved method statements.
- Identify and resolve finishing defects, snags, and site coordination issues.
- Prepare daily progress reports and coordinate snagging, rectification, and final handover activities.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- at least 5 years relevant experience as a Civil Finishing Engineer in housing and villa construction projects.
- Must have actual project experience in Saudi Arabia or other GCC countries only.
- Strong knowledge of residential finishing materials, construction methods, quality standards, and specifications.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
- Experience in site supervision, subcontractor coordination, quality inspections, snagging, and handover.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Can join immediately
- Can work on rental or freelance basis (no transfer of sponsorship)
