​📢 Job Opening: Civil Maintenance Engineer
​We are hiring a Civil Maintenance Engineer for a residential compound in Riyadh.
​Key Responsibilities:
​Team Supervision: Lead the civil maintenance team (reporting to the Maintenance Engineer).
​Precast & Structures: Maintain precast concrete buildings and treat expansion joints.
​Finishing & Civil Works: Inspect & receive painting, carpentry, blockwork, plastering, tiling, porcelain installation, and crack repairs.
​General Maintenance: Knowledge of welding and steel structure repairs.
​Requirements:
​Experience: Minimum 5 years in facility maintenance.
​⭐ Preferred: Previous experience as a Civil Supervisor in a residential compound or public facilities.
​Language: Fluent in English (spoken & written).
