We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator with a strong background in furniture installation, fit-out, and project coordination to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate furniture installation projects from planning through completion.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, installers, and internal teams.
• Prepare and follow up on project schedules, deliveries, and installation activities.
• Coordinate site teams and ensure installations are completed according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor project progress and resolve day-to-day site and installation issues.
• Prepare project updates, reports, and documentation.
• Ensure work is completed on time and according to quality standards.
• Coordinate material deliveries and ensure all required items are available on site.
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Project Coordinator in furniture, interior fit-out, joinery, or installation projects.
• Good understanding of furniture installation processes and site coordination.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project management or scheduling software is a plus.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, contractors, suppliers, and installation teams.
• Relevant diploma or degree is preferred.
