# URGENT REQUIREMENT – MANPOWER SUPPLY & EQUIPMENT RENTAL – JAFURAH PROJECT

A construction company based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, is seeking qualified manpower suppliers and equipment rental companies to support its ongoing project in **Jafurah, Saudi Arabia**.

### 1. MANPOWER SUPPLY REQUIREMENTS

Position Quantity Requirements

Asphalt Patch QC Inspector 1 CBT Certified
QC Inspector – Electrical 1 Saudi Aramco Certified
QC Supervisor – Electrical 1 Saudi Aramco Certified
Rigger III 2 Valid Certification
Work Permit Receiver (WPR) 4 Saudi Aramco Certified
HSE Officer 4 Saudi Aramco Certified

### 2. EQUIPMENT RENTAL REQUIREMENTS

Equipment Quantity Specifications

Mobile Crane 1 30–50 Tons
Excavator 2 230 Class / Small Size, Without Breaker
Boom Truck 2 15 Tons
Wheel Loader 1 Suitable for site operations
Dump Truck 4 Suitable for site operations
Water Tanker 2 Suitable for site operations

### 3. SUPPLIER REQUIREMENTS

Interested manpower suppliers and equipment rental companies must ensure the following:

1. Valid Saudi Aramco approval/registration applicable to the proposed manpower or equipment services.
2. Relevant Saudi Aramco project experience and client references.
3. Valid operator licenses, certifications, and manpower qualifications.
4. Valid equipment registration, inspection certificates, and third-party certifications, where applicable.
5. Equipment specifications, model, year of manufacture, and current operating condition in compliance with applicable Saudi Aramco requirements.
6. Valid insurance, vehicle registration, and required HSE documentation.
7. Confirmed availability and proposed mobilization schedule.

### 4. PROJECT DURATION

**Initial Duration:** 2 Months
**Extension:** Subject to project requirements and performance.

### 5. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Interested companies are requested to submit their company profile, manpower CVs and certificates, equipment details, relevant approvals, availability, and commercial quotations.
