🚨 URGENT REQUIREMENT:

SPARE PARTS Procurement Officer.

A leading Multinational Manufacturing Corporation (MNC) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced and highly efficient Spare parts Procurement Officer for an immediate start.

📋 Key Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: 3 to 5 years of solid procurement experience within Saudi Arabia (Mandatory).

Industry Background: Must have a proven track record in an MNC Manufacturing setup.

Specialization: Core expertise in Spare Parts Procurement and MRO items.

Status: Must possess a transferable Iqama and be immediately available to join.

🛠️ Skills Checklist & Core Competencies

Candidates will be evaluated on the following technical and professional skills.

Education: Master’s degree in Commerce or a relevant major (Supply Chain / Logistics / Business Administration) preferred.

Procurement Expertise: Complete, end-to-end knowledge of local and import procurement cycles.

Systems & Tools: Proficient in SAP ERP and MS Office applications []Outlook, Advanced Excel: VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, teams & Sharepoint, etc].

Logistics & Customs: Strong experience in arranging shipments, handling customs clearance, and managing SABER documentation.

Communication: Professional communication skills with high proficiency in business email correspondence.

Languages: Professional working proficiency in English is mandatory; fluency in Arabic is preferred.

💼 Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end sourcing and procurement of manufacturing spare parts and operations materials.

Evaluate vendor quotes, negotiate competitive pricing, and ensure timely delivery timelines.

Coordinate effectively with plant maintenance, production, and finance teams to prevent operational downtime.

Maintain strict compliance with multinational procurement policies and legal standards.
