🚛 REQUIRED – SITE REPRESENTATIVE / TRUCKING COORDINATOR

We are looking for a reliable person with his own car to work at the unloading site for our ongoing trucking operation.

Main Duties:

- Stay at the unloading location and monitor incoming trucks.
- Collect the original weighbridge ticket / weight note from each driver.
- Give the driver our company receipt and record the unloaded quantity/tons.
- Maintain daily records of trucks, trips, and total tons.
- Prepare a daily summary of the number of trips and total tonnage.
- Use a laptop and Excel to enter and maintain the daily records.
- Collect and organize all original documents and submit them to our team at the loading location.

Requirements:

- 🚗 Own car is mandatory.
- 💻 Must know basic laptop and Excel work.
- Previous experience in trucking, logistics, weighbridge, or construction is preferred.
- Must be honest, responsible, and able to maintain accurate records.
- Pakistani candidates are preferred.
