JOB VACANCY – EXECUTIVE MANAGER / GENERAL MANAGER

A 100% Saudi-owned contracting company, headquartered in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, with more than 50 years of experience in the general contracting sector, is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Executive Manager / General Manager to lead the company and oversee its overall operations and business performance.

The company has extensive experience in power and energy projects, including:
• Construction of 115 kV to 380 kV electrical substations.
• Construction of overhead and underground power transmission lines.
• Engineering & design, civil, electrical, and mechanical works.
• Execution of major projects for Saudi Electricity Company, the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, and Saudi Aramco.

Required Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or higher from a recognized university.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant professional experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in a General Manager or senior executive position, preferably within contracting, construction, engineering, infrastructure, or energy companies.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale contracting operations, projects, multidisciplinary teams, and business activities.
• Strong capabilities in strategic, operational, financial, commercial, and project management.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, communication, and negotiation skills.
• A proven track record of competence, leadership, sound judgment, and successful management.

The successful candidate must possess the high level of leadership, experience, and managerial capability required to lead and manage a company operating at this level and across such a diverse range of engineering, construction, energy, and infrastructure activities.
