Senior Business Development Manager – Manpower Supply & Industrial Staffing

Location: Jubail / Dammam, Saudi Arabia
Industry: Manpower Supply / Industrial Staffing / Contract Workforce
Joining: Immediate / Within 1 Week
Preference: Indian candidates currently available in Saudi Arabia

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager – Manpower Supply & Industrial Staffing to join our team in the Eastern Province.

The candidate must have strong experience in the Saudi manpower supply market and should be capable of independently generating new business, obtaining RFQs, developing client relationships, preparing commercial offers, negotiating contracts, and managing manpower supply accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

* Generate manpower supply RFQs and new business opportunities.
* Develop relationships with Procurement, HR, Project Managers, Subcontract Managers and Manpower Coordinators.
* Target Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Construction, EPC, Industrial Maintenance, Shutdown, Utilities and Facility Management companies.
* Handle client meetings, inquiries, RFQs, quotations and commercial negotiations.
* Develop new accounts and maintain existing client relationships.
* Coordinate manpower requirements, mobilization and commercial follow-up.
* Understand manpower pricing, salaries, overtime, transportation, accommodation, Ajeer and related Saudi manpower requirements.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/business development targets.

Required Experience:

* Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in Saudi Arabia.
* Proven experience specifically in manpower supply, contract staffing or workforce solutions.
* Strong existing client network in Saudi Arabia, preferably Eastern Province.
* Candidates must be able to demonstrate manpower contracts/RFQs personally generated in previous roles.
* Good knowledge of Jubail, Dammam, Khobar and major industrial clients/contractors.
* Strong English communication and negotiation skills.
* Arabic will be an advantage.
* Saudi driving licence preferred.
* Transferable Iqama preferred.

Important:
This position is for candidates who can actively bring manpower business and RFQs. Recruitment-only experience without business development/client acquisition experience will not be sufficient.
