JOB TITLE: Chemical Production & Formulation Manager

LOCATION: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an experienced Chemical Production & Formulation Manager to take full responsibility for our chemical manufacturing operations, particularly for commercial laundry and textile chemicals.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete production process and ensuring that all products are manufactured according to approved formulations, quality standards, industry best practices, and applicable Saudi regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage and supervise daily chemical production activities.
- Develop, test, and improve chemical formulations.
- Ensure production follows approved formulas and standard operating procedures.
- Conduct quality control testing of raw materials and finished products.
- Maintain consistent product quality, performance, and stability.
- Manage raw materials, inventory, production planning, and cost control.
- Establish production procedures, batch records, and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with chemical safety and handling requirements.
- Maintain technical documents, product specifications, and safety data sheets.
- Identify production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Supervise and train production staff.
- Take full responsibility for the technical and operational management of chemical production.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Proven experience in chemical manufacturing, formulation, and quality control.
- Experience in commercial laundry chemicals, detergents, or textile chemicals is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of production standards, quality assurance, and chemical safety.
- Ability to independently manage and oversee the complete production operation.
