πŸ”§ We're Hiring: Maintenance Manager – Plenty Food Co

Plenty Food Co, the company behind Plenty SLD's β€” Riyadh's fresh salad bar concept with branches across Riyadh and Jeddah, is looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance across our Factory, Central Kitchen and branches.
We need someone who doesn't just manage from a desk, someone who's ready to get hands-on with the team when there's an issue to fix, and who can build the systems to stop it happening again.


What you'll do:
🏭 Oversee maintenance operations across the Central Kitchen and branches
πŸ”§ Get hands-on with the team to diagnose and resolve equipment/facility issues
πŸ—‚οΈ Design and implement a structured, proactive maintenance system (preventive, not just reactive)
πŸ“‹ Manage maintenance schedules, spare parts, and vendor/contractor relationships
πŸ“Š Track recurring issues and drive down downtime and repeat breakdowns


What you'll need:
βœ”οΈ Proven experience in a factory or F&B production/maintenance environment
βœ”οΈ Strong technical/mechanical troubleshooting skills β€” willing to work hands-on
βœ”οΈ Experience building or improving a maintenance system/program from scratch
βœ”οΈ Strong leadership and team coordination skills
βœ”οΈ English language reading and speaking is a must
