Job Title: Site HSE Officer (Health, Safety & Environment)
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (site-based)
Employment Type: Full-time, 1-year renewable contract

About Us:
All Good is a construction and engineering company operating in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We deliver building and civil works with a strict zero-harm commitment. We are hiring a Site HSE Officer to lead health, safety and environment on our project sites.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the site HSE plan, policies and procedures
- Conduct daily site inspections, identify hazards, and close out corrective actions
- Carry out risk assessments, JSA / TRA, and permit-to-work control
- Deliver toolbox talks, induction and safety training to the workforce
- Investigate incidents/near-misses; prepare reports and prevent recurrence
- Manage PPE, emergency response, drills and environmental compliance
- Liaise with Civil Defense / Ministry of Labor and client HSE teams
- Maintain HSE records, KPIs and statutory reporting

Requirements:
- NEBOSH IGC (mandatory); IOSH / OSHA 30 / ISO 45001 is an advantage
- Diploma / Bachelor's in Safety Engineering or related engineering field
- Minimum 2 years of site HSE experience in construction / civil works
- Strong knowledge of Saudi HSE regulations and site enforcement
- Fluent English (working language); Arabic is a strong advantage
- Prior GCC / Saudi project HSE experience preferred
- Transferable Iqama preferred (candidates already in Saudi Arabia)

Salary Package (based on experience):
- 2-4 years (NEBOSH IGC): SAR 6,000 / month (all-inclusive)
- 4-7 years: SAR 8,500 / month (all-inclusive)
- 7+ years (GCC major projects): SAR 11,000 / month (all-inclusive)

Package includes: basic salary + housing allowance + transport allowance + performance bonus + medical insurance + annual air ticket + employer-sponsored Iqama + end-of-service benefits per Saudi Labor Law.
