Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Mechanical Engineer with experience in industrial diesel generators who can handle both technical maintenance and business development. The ideal candidate should be capable of maintaining generator systems while also developing new business opportunities and securing maintenance contracts.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial diesel generators.
* Troubleshoot, repair, overhaul, install, and commission diesel generator sets.
* Conduct site inspections and technical assessments.
* Prepare maintenance schedules, technical reports, quotations, and service proposals.
* Supervise generator maintenance activities and ensure compliance with HSE standards.
* Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
* Secure Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), preventive maintenance contracts, repair services, and generator installation projects.
* Meet with clients, understand their requirements, and provide technical solutions.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial, commercial, and government clients.
* Coordinate with procurement and operations teams to ensure successful project execution.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in industrial diesel generator maintenance.
* Hands-on experience with diesel generators ranging from 100 kVA to 2,500 kVA.
* Experience with generator brands such as CAT, Cummins, Perkins, FG Wilson, MTU, Kohler, Mitsubishi, or equivalent.
* Strong knowledge of diesel engines, cooling, fuel, lubrication, exhaust, and mechanical systems.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
* Ability to prepare technical reports, quotations, and maintenance proposals.
* Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
* Arabic language skills are an advantage.
