Description

Al Najof International Contracting Company is hiring an experienced asphalt specialist for our road and paving projects.

Responsibilities:
Inspect sites and assess pavement condition, repair needs, and scope.
Prepare quotations: quantities, material, labor, and equipment costs.
Plan and execute all asphalt work: paving, patching, milling, overlays, and sealing.
Supervise crews, equipment, material supply, and quality testing.
Ensure safety, specification compliance, and on-time delivery.


Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field
03 to 05 years in asphalt work, including estimating and site execution
Strong knowledge of mix design, compaction, and all others asphalt work activities standards.
Able to prepare BOQs and cost estimates

Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and qualifications.
