Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer – Hand Tools to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business, maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth across our hand tools product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell our range of professional hand tools to distributors, hardware stores, industrial customers, contractors, and end users.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, and technical presentations.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales opportunities.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and excellent customer service.
Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events when required.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in hand tools, power tools, industrial supplies, hardware, construction materials, or related products.
Strong knowledge of the industrial, construction, or hardware market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Ability to develop new business while managing existing accounts.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently.

Preferred Qualifications

Existing relationships with hardware dealers, industrial distributors, contractors, or manufacturing companies.
Experience working with international hand tool brands.
Technical background with the ability to recommend products based on customer applications.
Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
