About us
Marine Vanguards is a startup Saudi marine technology company and authorised dealer for Blue Robotics and KeelCrab across the GCC, and authorised Saudi dealer for PaleBlue ROV training. We supply, deploy, train on and support underwater ROVs for research, ports, aquaculture, offshore and inspection work in the Red Sea and beyond.

The role
This is a hybrid role: half business development, half hands-on engineering. You'll be the face of Marine Vanguards in front of clients, from the first meeting to the sale, delivery and long-term support.

Business development & sales

• Find and develop new clients in ports, offshore, aquaculture, research and government sectors
• Run product presentations and live ROV demonstrations at client sites
• Understand client needs and recommend the right solution
• Prepare technical proposals and follow up to close deals
• Build long-term client relationships and grow repeat business
• Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences and industry events

Technical & field support
• Deploy, operate and commission ROVs from shore and from vessels
• Troubleshoot on site and provide remote technical support
• Prepare pre-dive checks, service reports and client feedback

Requirements
• Degree or diploma in engineering, mechatronics, electronics, marine technology or a related field
• 4+ years of hands-on ROV operation and maintenance
• Proven experience in technical sales, business development or client-facing work
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Strong relationship builder who earns client trust
• Good electronics and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Willing to travel frequently across Saudi Arabia and the GCC (if required)
• Comfortable working at sea and in field conditions
• Valid driving licence
• Fluent English
