Senior Civil & Structural Engineer

📍 Location: Medina, Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦
🏗️ Project: Superblock Five – High-Rise Towers & 5-Star Hospitality

We are seeking experienced civil and structural professionals to join our prestigious high-rise construction and luxury hospitality project in Medina.

🔹 1. Lead Civil & Structural Supervisor

Experience: 12–15+ Years

Supervise daily civil and structural site activities, including concrete, reinforcement, formwork, foundations, slabs, beams, and columns.

Monitor site progress, manpower, productivity, workmanship, and construction schedules.

Ensure compliance with approved drawings, method statements, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Coordinate with Engineering, QA/QC, HSE, and subcontractor teams.

Resolve site issues and support inspections and technical clarifications.

🔹 2. Senior Civil & Structural Engineer

Experience: 12–15+ Years

Review structural drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and technical submittals.

Coordinate foundations, reinforced concrete structures, slabs, beams, columns, and shear walls.

Identify design discrepancies, technical clashes, and constructability issues.

Coordinate with Consultants, Architecture, MEP, QA/QC, and Construction teams.

Manage RFIs, technical clarifications, method statements, and material submittals.

Ensure compliance with project specifications and approved engineering requirements.

🎯 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Relevant Civil / Structural Engineering degree or technical qualification, depending on the position.

Proven experience in high-rise towers and 5-star hotel projects is preferred.

Strong technical knowledge, leadership, and coordination skills.

Saudi/GCC construction experience preferred.
