1. Cost Controller – F&B Industry (Must Speak Arabic)
Job Responsibilities:
• Monitor daily food cost, wastage, and consumption
• Prepare cost analysis reports for management
• Maintain recipe costing, menu engineering, and inventory control
• Coordinate with kitchen and purchasing teams
• Ensure compliance with company cost standards
Requirements:
• Minimum 2–3 years experience in F&B cost control
• Strong knowledge of food costing, inventory, and cost systems
• Must be currently in Jeddah
• Transferable Iqama preferred
• No online interviews (in person only)
2. General Accountant (Must Speak Arabic)
Job Responsibilities:
• Handle daily accounting operations
• Prepare financial statements and monthly reports
• Manage payables, receivables, and reconciliations
• Communicate financial details clearly to the CEO and General Manager in Arabic
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards
Requirements:
• Minimum 2–3 years accounting experience
• Must speak Arabic
• Experience in the F&B industry is an advantage
• Must be currently in Jeddah
• Transferable Iqama preferred
• No online interviews (in person only)
