1📌Hiring: Senior Accountant – (Focused on Payroll & Shared Services Operations) - Jeddah, KSA
We are looking for a detail oriented and highly organized “Senior Accountant” to join the Finance Department, specializing in Payroll, Employee Related and Shared Services Accounting across group companies.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Validate and process monthly payroll (WPS & Cash) with accuracy, securing all approvals.
• Maintain accurate EOSB calculations, actuarial valuations, and all other employee related accruals for the group entities and maintain all related financial statement schedules.
• Controlling all employee related GL across the group entities, prepare and maintain employee cost data for HR, Finance, and Management reporting.
• Handling the shared services operations, intercompany cost allocations and charging and timely reconciliations.
• Posting all accounting entries and handling monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities for the assigned group entities and maintaining the documents for audit purposes.
• Handle project-related transactions and ensure the banks, AP and AR balances are reconciled.
• Handle employee health insurance additions, deletions, renewals, invoice processing and all associated postings.
• Coordinate with HR and validate Iqama renewals, GOSI, sponsorship transfers, air tickets, overtime, leave balances, and all other HR related transactions across group entities, and ensure processing after approvals.
• Manage employee loans and advances and ensure periodic reconciliations.
• Performing petty cash reconciliations with custodians.
• Take the lead on Ad hoc tasks and reports as required by the management.
🔹 Required Skills:
• Education: Strong finance background - Masters / Part Qualified ACCA, CA, ICMA candidates will be preferred.
• Experience: Local KSA experience (in construction industry) is mandatory.
• Joining: Immediate joiners will be preferred with transferrable Iqaama.
• Salary Range: SAR 9K to SAR 12K depending on the candidate’s profile.
• Expertise: Payroll and Shared Services Accounting.
• ERP: Hand on SAP experience is mandatory.
• Must be very good in excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Problem solving mindset and proactive approach.

2- 📌Hiring: Senior Accountant – (Focused on Treasury Operations) - Jeddah, KSA
We are looking for a skilled “Senior Accountant” with strong Accounting, Treasury, and Bank Facility Management experience to join the Finance Department across group companies.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Managing all bank facilities, issuance & closure of letter of credit & bank guarantees, loans & post financing, performance bonds, performance bonds and keeping the related schedules ready for internal GL reconciliations, banks, audit and management reporting.
• Communication with the project team and suppliers / subcontractors, and processing all kinds of payments after validation and securing all approvals as per the defined process.
• Ensure all banks accounts, loans and facility utilization movements are reconciled on monthly basis.
• Ensure all the supplier / subcontractor balances are reconciled in accordance with the latest signed IPCs, and all advance, retention and current balances are reconciled and resolve any discrepancies.
• Communication with the banks related to all company bank accounts and preparing the required bank letters.
• Controlling the vendor advances, following up with the project team and maintaining related accruals.

• Invoice validations, three-way matching, ensuring GRN & recording all PO & non-Po based vendor invoices.
• Controlling the project schedules, maintaining ongoing IPCs and ensuring the balances are correctly reflected.
• Issuance of customer invoices, after validating the IPC calculation, issued by the Project team.
• Ensuring all the GLs and intercompany balances are correctly charged and reconciled on monthly basis.
• Posting all accounting entries and handling monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities for the assigned group entities, maintaining all schedules and maintaining the documents for audit purposes.
• Take the lead on Ad hoc tasks and reports as required by the management.
