We are looking for an experienced (Project Control Engineer) Planning & COST CONTROL Engineer FOR MEP works to join a 5-star hospitality project in KHOBAR.

Position: MEP project control eng. (Planning & COST CONTROL Engineer)

Experience: +10 Years

Location: KHOBAR - KSA.

Project: 5-Star HOTEL PROJECT





#####Key Requirements:####

- 10 years of relevant experience in MEP planning and cost control (project controls).

- have experience in high rise buildings and 5 start hotel

- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6.

- Good knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM).

- Experience in Estimation and cost control and project monitoring.

- Strong understanding of resource planning and management.

- Ability to prepare and monitor project schedules, progress reports, and performance updates.

- Experience in major construction/hospitality projects is preferred.

- Delay analysis, EOT and variation control

- Risk, recovery and mitigation management.

- Knowledge of MEP activities sequence and work flow

- Prepare and submitting the required report and explain for client and consultant weekly and monthly

- Cash Flow, Forecasting & EVM

- Valuation, IPC & Subcontractor Payment
