ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handles the scope of Telecom Acceptance across the project
• Coordinates Internal & External stakeholders to make acceptance process smooth.
• Schedules the field activities related to acceptance/audits as per contractual SLAs with Client.
• Attends emergency call outs, follows up the issues till permanent closure and helps to find the root
• cause of problems and appropriate solutions.
• Attends emergency service delivery, through SMS / phone calls or other communication means.
• Maintains the appropriate database/History records as per scope requirement and support field staff
• on that.
• Records and reports all faults, deficiencies, and other unusual occurrence regularly.
• Ensures proper care of all company properties such as tools & equipment etc
• Understands all processes, works accordingly, and gives feedback for improvement.
• Coaches and enables other team members, checks standard of work executed and takes care of the
• scope of whole teamwork.
• Ensures all assigned task under the supervision of O&M Manager/Head.
• Daily/Weekly/monthly acceptance reports to be shared for planned/visited acceptance activities
• Network Database to be maintained and to be shared with all stake holders

IMS ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Reports any hazards or risks in addition to accidents/incident to QHSE department.
• Be aware of and complies to i engineering’s IMS Policy.
• Abides by the company's local legal and client requirements.
• Attends and engages in IMS awareness sessions.
• Ensures that all IMS procedures are regularly followed and raises the issue when they are not.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS
• 5-6 years of technical experience in field.
• Or 3-4 years of managerial experience in similar job.
• Familiar with MS office, communication tools like emails.
