Quantity Surveyor – Dammam, Saudi Arabia
Salary: SAR 4,000–5,000/month

Job Description:
Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and quantity take-offs.
Review construction drawings and specifications.
Prepare interim payment applications and variation orders.
Monitor project costs, budgets, and subcontractor payments.
Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and contractors.
Assist with tendering, procurement, and final accounts.

Requirements: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying, with relevant construction experience. Familiarity with AutoCAD and Excel is preferred.
