HIRING – MACHINE SHOP, FOUNDRY SHOP & WELDING SHOP MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL

We are currently seeking experienced and motivated E&I maintenance technicians to join our Machine Shop & Welding Shop maintenance team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency breakdown maintenance of electrical, electronic, CNC, PLC, welding, and automation systems.
• Troubleshoot, repair, install, test, calibrate, commission, and maintain electrical and control systems of workshop machinery.
• Maintain and service: CNC machines, Motors, Servo motors, Servo drives, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), PLCs, HMIs, Transformers, Control panels, MCCs, Electrical distribution systems, Instrumentation and sensors, Machine safety systems, etc.
• Maintain welding equipment including Welding machines, TIG welders, plasma cutting machines, high-frequency arc starters, electrode ovens, fume extractors, compressors etc
• Diagnose faults in: power circuits, control circuits, PLC systems, CNC controllers, communication networks, sensors, encoders, limit switches, instrumentation devices
• Perform motor testing, insulation resistance testing, cable termination, panel wiring, calibration, and electrical inspections.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, PLC schematics, control logic diagrams, CNC documentation, and OEM manuals.
• Support machine installation, commissioning, modifications, upgrades, and automation improvement projects.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) of electrical and control system failures and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Requirements
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance, preferably in machine shop and welding shop environments.
• Good knowledge of electrical safety standards and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic english communication.
