WE ARE HIRING : LEAD ELECTRICAL ENGINEER - RENTAL BASIS
🚧 Hiring: Lead Electrical Engineer*
📍 *Location:* AlUla, Medina Province, Saudi Arabia
We are seeking an experienced *Lead Electrical Engineering professional* to lead the management of *road electrical infrastructure and street lighting systems*.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Lead contractors and third-party service providers for road electrical and street lighting works.
* Oversee design reviews, installation, testing, operation, maintenance, and inspections.
* Ensure compliance with *Saudi regulations, public works standards, utility requirements, and project specifications*.
* Manage street lighting assets, feeder pillars, cabling, control panels, earthing, protection systems, and civil interfaces.
* Develop preventive maintenance, emergency response, and rectification strategies.
* Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure reliable public road lighting operations.
* Monitor contractor performance, safety, quality, and technical compliance.

*Requirements:*
* Bachelor’s degree in *Electrical Engineering* or related field; Master’s preferred.
* *10+ years of electrical engineering experience*, including strong leadership experience.
* Proven experience in *road electrical infrastructure, street lighting, construction, operation & maintenance*.
* Experience in contractor management, inspections, audits, statutory compliance, and public works.
Proven experience as a team lead, with strong leadership and
management skills.
•Extensive technical knowledge in electrical systems, public works, and
utilities.
•Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
* Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office and relevant engineering tools.

• Work Duration:
• Typical office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
• Performing duties and attending events during the evening and on the weekend occurs occasionly and
may be required.
• Traveling off-site to a local event occurs rarely and may be required.
• Transportation and Accommodation will be provided by company.
