Description

We are looking a skilled and experienced BIM Modeler to join our team in Saudi Arabia.

Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in BIM Modeling for MEP projects
Proficient in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks
Ability to create and maintain accurate MEP models
Experience in Clash Detection and Clash Resolution
Ability to coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Architectural disciplines
Experience in preparing coordinated shop drawings from BIM models
Knowledge of BIM standards, LOD requirements, and project specifications
Familiar with Saudi Arabia project requirements and consultant submissions

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and update MEP models in Revit
Perform clash detection using Navisworks
Identify, report, and rectify clashes through coordination meetings
Prepare coordinated shop drawings and builder’s work drawings
Coordinate with design, technical, and site teams
Ensure model accuracy and compliance with project requirements
