Description


- Prepare and serve Arabic Coffee (Gahwa) according to standard recipes.
- Prepare and serve Turkish Coffee with proper taste and presentation.
- Prepare tea, hot beverages, and other refreshments as required.
- Operate and manage the daily activities of the coffee shop independently.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee preparation area, counters, tables, and equipment.
- Monitor stock levels of coffee, tea, sugar, cups, and other consumables.
- Ensure proper storage of ingredients and supplies.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain daily sales records if required.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Duty 8 hours


Required Skills

- Experience in preparing Arabic Coffee and Turkish Coffee.
- Basic knowledge of coffee shop operations.
- Good communication in Arabic or English
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic Arabic communication skills preferred.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
