Role Description The Storekeeper is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for receiving, unloading, and organizing deliveries, ensuring that all items are checked against purchase orders and stored correctly. The Storekeeper maintains accurate inventory records, monitors stock levels, and coordinates packing and preparation of items needed for catering operations and events. Daily tasks include conducting regular inventory counts, reporting discrepancies, and ensuring that storage areas are clean, safe, and compliant with company standards. The Storekeeper collaborates with kitchen and operations teams to make sure materials and supplies are available when needed, supporting timely and efficient service.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Inventory Management and Inventory Control to maintain accurate stock records and support smooth operations.
Candidates should possess skills in Packing and Unloading to handle incoming and outgoing goods safely and efficiently.
Candidates should possess skills in Forklift Operation or similar material-handling equipment, with a commitment to safe handling and storage procedures.
Strong attention to detail, basic numeracy, and the ability to follow standardized procedures and documentation.
Physical ability to lift, move, and organize stock, and to work on their feet for extended periods in a warehouse or storeroom environment.
Experience in catering, hospitality, or warehouse operations is beneficial, along with familiarity with basic inventory or ERP systems.
