2-Job Title:** HSE Manager / Safety Manager

### Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HSE Manager / Safety Manager to join our team for the King Salman International Airport Project in Riyadh. The candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing all health, safety, and environmental activities on site, ensuring full compliance with project requirements, Saudi regulations, and international safety standards.

### Key Responsibilities

* Develop, implement, and monitor the project HSE plan and procedures.
* Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations and project requirements.
* Lead and supervise the HSE team across all project activities.
* Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
* Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and implement corrective actions.
* Ensure proper implementation of toolbox talks, safety training, and awareness programs.
* Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and client representatives regarding safety matters.
* Monitor work permits, high-risk activities, and emergency response procedures.
* Prepare HSE reports, statistics, and documentation.
* Promote a strong safety culture across the project site.

### Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
* Minimum 10 years of experience in HSE management for construction or infrastructure projects.
* Previous experience in airport or mega projects is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of international HSE standards and Saudi regulations.
* NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent safety certification is required.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage site safety under high-pressure environments.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HSE reporting systems.

### Preferred Qualifications

* ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certification.
* Experience working with major consultants and contractors in Saudi Arabia.
* Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
