A contracting company in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Marketing Executive specialized in Manpower Supply.
Preferred Nationality: Indian (Kerala)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop new business opportunities in manpower supply
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, construction firms, oil & gas companies, and industrial clients
- Conduct client visits, understand manpower needs, and prepare quotations
- Follow up on proposals, approvals, and new opportunities
- Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams
- Achieve sales and business development targets
- Monitor market trends and identify potential clients and projects across Saudi Arabia

**Requirements**
- Minimum 5 years proven experience in manpower supply within Saudi Arabia
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi manpower and contracting market
- Wide network with contractors and major clients
- Strong negotiation and client‑management abilities
- Valid Saudi Driving License
- Valid & transferable Iqama
- Target‑driven, self‑motivated, and willing to travel
