We are hiring a sharp and reliable Operations Dispatch Coordinator to join our transport operations team.

This role is not for someone slow or passive. We need someone smart, fast, and able to handle pressure.

Requirements:

Experience in transport / logistics dispatching

STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS / STRONG PERSONALITY

Fluent in English, Urdu, and Hindi

Confident using TMS

Strong computer skills (Excel, email, tracking systems)

Able to coordinate with drivers, customers, and operations team smoothly

Quick problem-solver

Organized and disciplined

Responsibilities:

Dispatch trucks and manage daily trip planning

Monitor driver movements and delivery status

Update TMS system accurately

Handle client communication and load confirmations

Solve operational issues in real time

Report daily performance to management
