Description

CSI Engineering is seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Sales Engineer to support business growth in the field of Testing & Commissioning (T&C). The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with sales expertise to identify opportunities, build client relationships, and deliver tailored engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in Testing & Commissioning services across various sectors
Promote company services including HVAC Testing, Adjusting & Balancing (TAB), electrical testing, and commissioning solutions
Prepare technical and commercial proposals, tenders, and cost estimates
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand project requirements
Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to ensure proper project execution
Maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and end clients
Track market trends, competitor activities, and potential projects in the pipeline
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall company growth

Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales within Testing & Commissioning, MEP, or related industry
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, TAB, and commissioning processes
Proven track record in technical sales and client relationship management
Familiarity with the Saudi market and project environment
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficiency in MS Office and proposal preparation
Valid Saudi driving license preferred

Preferred Skills:
Experience working with contractors, consultants, and project owners
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
