📢 We’re Hiring – Sourcing Person

Himmat Contracting Company is looking for an experienced and motivated Sourcing Person to join our team in Jubail, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:

Source skilled and unskilled manpower according to project requirements.
Identify and coordinate with manpower suppliers and recruitment agencies.
Source equipment, vehicles, and other project requirements when needed.
Coordinate with suppliers and collect quotations and required documents.
Maintain a database of reliable manpower and supplier contacts.
Negotiate rates and coordinate with suppliers to meet project requirements.
Ensure timely sourcing and mobilization of required manpower/equipment.
