*Key Responsibilities:*
Supervise and coordinate daily operations within the assigned kitchen section, ensuring dishes are prepared, cooked, and presented according to restaurant standards. Train and guide Demi Chefs and Commis while maintaining proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients. Ensure all food items meet quality, portion, and presentation requirements. Experienced in banquets or catering, with good English communication skills.
