We are currently seeking a highly experienced and qualified candidate for the position of Safety Officer.

Position Details:
• Position: Safety Officer
• Minimum Experience: 5 Years
• Location: Abqaiq, KSA
• Duration: Long Term
• Mobilization: Immediate
• Iqama: Transferable
• Required Documents: Updated CV along with all relevant certificates

Academic Qualification:
• Degree or Diploma in Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field
• Valid certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA (preferred/required)

Experience Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in safety management
• Experience in major projects/programs (Construction, Oil & Gas preferred)
• Strong background in safety implementation and compliance

Skills & Competencies:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong ability to build effective working relationships with clients, contractors, and project teams
• Ability to prepare reports, technical instructions, and presentations under pressure
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Sound knowledge of safety regulations and standards

Key Responsibilities:
1. Inspection & Compliance:Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations and legal requirements.
2. Risk Assessment & Mitigation:Perform risk assessments (including JSA) and implement measures to reduce workplace hazards and environmental risks.
3. Incident Investigation:Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
4. Safety Training & Culture:Promote a strong safety culture through toolbox talks, training sessions, and employee awareness programs.
5. Emergency Preparedness:Develop and implement emergency response plans and conduct evacuation drills.
6. Documentation & Reporting:Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, training, and incident reports.
7. PPE & Equipment Compliance:Ensure proper use and availability of PPE and safety equipment at all times.
8. Journey Management System (JMS):Enhance and monitor journey management systems for tanker movements and conduct route risk assessments.
