Description

As a Human Resources employee, I was responsible for all employee-related tasks, including:

1- Conducting job and training interviews for cooperative training students.

2- Preparing job offers.

3- Creating paper and electronic employment contracts on the Qiwa platform.

4- Registering employees with social security.

5- Confirming employee salaries on the Madad platform.

6- Renewing residency permits for foreign employees on the Muqeem platform.

7- Monitoring employee attendance and departure.

8- Tracking employee leave and preparing return-to-work forms.

9- Registering employees for training courses.

10- Preparing salary certificates for employees.

11- Registering employees for medical insurance.

12- Registering employees for training courses.

13- Drafting internal letters and circulars.

14- Numbering and recording data in both paper and electronic formats.

15- Visiting government agencies, such as the Chamber of Commerce, to authenticate work documents or the Zakat and Income Tax Authority to follow up on company transactions.

16- Creating job postings for the Tamheer program through the Taqat platform. 17. Responsible for the main administration office, including the provision of cleaning supplies and office coffee.

18. Responsible for office equipment, including its procurement, purchase, maintenance, and the purchase of Microsoft Office software.

19. Responsible for the maintenance of office equipment, including computers and photocopiers, and for repairing any
