Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Registered Nurse, located in the Riyadh Region. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, including administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, and coordinating with healthcare teams. They will collaborate with doctors and other medical personnel to develop and implement patient care plans, provide education to patients and families, and ensure compliance with all healthcare standards and regulations. Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring a safe and compassionate patient environment are also key responsibilities.

Qualifications

Proficient in providing direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and monitoring vital signs
Skilled in patient education, including explaining medical conditions, treatments, and self-care practices
Strong ability to collaborate with medical teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Experience in maintaining accurate medical records and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with patients and colleagues
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management abilities
Valid nursing license in Saudi Arabia
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
Experience in home healthcare or urgent care settings is a plus
Fluency in english and Arabic
