Skilled in making parathas, tandoori roti, rumali roti, and kulcha
Basic knowledge of Indian gravies and BBQ items (kebabs, tikka, etc.)
Experience handling tandoor and dough preparation
Knowledge of food hygiene and safety
Should have baladiya card and valid Iqama

Responsibilities:

Prepare all types of Indian breads with consistency
Assist in gravies and BBQ preparation
Maintain cleanliness and kitchen standards
