### *Job Responsibilities:*

* Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
* Manage and coordinate with site workers, subcontractors, and equipment operators.
* Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and machinery.
* Monitor project progress and report to site engineers or project managers.
* Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
* Conduct site inspections and resolve any technical or operational issues.
* Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and meet project deadlines.
* Prepare daily work reports and maintain site records.

### *Requirements:*

* Proven experience as a Civil Foreman / Supervisor in construction projects (Gulf experience mandatory).
* Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
* Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
* Good leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to manage teams and work under pressure.
