Job Duties:

- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities.
- Monitor electrical, plumbing, AC, and general building maintenance.
- Assign tasks to maintenance workers and follow up on completion.
- Inspect facilities and identify maintenance issues.
- Handle emergency maintenance requests and ensure timely repairs.
- Coordinate with contractors and technicians when required.
- Maintain basic maintenance records and report issues to management.
- Ensure safety standards and proper maintenance procedures are followed.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or in a similar position.
- Good knowledge of building maintenance and repair work.
- Ability to supervise and manage maintenance staff.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work responsibly and handle emergency situations.
