Description

Looking for highly experienced and results-driven Procurement Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in procurement within industries such as joinery, interior fit-outs, exhibitions, events, and POP (Point of Purchase & Sale displays) production.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the full procurement cycle, from sourcing to delivery
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards
Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships locally and internationally
Coordinate with project, production, and design teams to meet deadlines
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely availability of materials
Prepare procurement reports, cost analysis, and budgeting forecasts
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards

Requirements:

Proven experience in procurement within joinery, fit-outs, exhibitions, events, or POP production
Minimum of 5+ years in procurement, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
Excellent knowledge of materials, suppliers, and market trends in the industry
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Preferred:

Experience working in production houses or similar environments
Existing supplier network in relevant industries
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
