Requirements:
Proven experience in residential compounds or facility operations (mandatory – candidates without this experience will not be considered).
Strong knowledge in maintenance supervision, facility management, and operations coordination. Fluent in English (reading and writing). Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to manage teams, tenants, and contractors effectively.
Ability to drive

Responsibilities:
Supervise daily compound operations, including maintenance, security, and cleaning services.
Oversee facility upkeep: villas, streets, common areas, and recreational facilities.
Manage tenant move-ins, move-outs, and ensure proper handovers.
Coordinate with contractors and service providers for renovations and repairs.
Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and inspection checklists.
Handle operational reports and escalate issues to management.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and compound regulations.

Salary: 1800 - 2500 Full time ? + Accommodation + Transportation + Medical Insurance
