Description

We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Store Keeper to join our restaurant’s central kitchen team.

Position: Store Keeper
Location: Central Kitchen

Must be Transferable Iqama and immediate joining, Speaking English and Arabic.

Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 3 years of experience as a Store Keeper in a restaurant or food industry
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control
- Ability to handle receiving, storing, and issuing materials
- Familiar with food safety and storage standards
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills
- Basic computer knowledge is an advantage

Responsibilities:

- Manage daily stock operations efficiently
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with kitchen and purchasing teams
- Ensure proper storage of food and supplies
- Conduct regular stock checks and reporting
