Job Title: Order Fulfilment Specialist / Warehouse Keeper

Job Summary:
We are looking for an Order Fulfilment Specialist who can also work as a Warehouse Keeper. The candidate must be physically fit, able to lift heavy items, work well under pressure, and have experience working in a temperature-controlled environment in FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities:
* Process and fulfil customer orders accurately and on time
•Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods
•Maintain an organized and clean warehouse
•Prepare goods for dispatch, including packing and labeling
•Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies
•Resolve order issues and ensure smooth order flow
•Ensure proper handling and storage of goods in temperature-controlled areas

Requirements:
•Experience in order fulfilment, warehouse operations, or similar role
•Experience working in a temperature-controlled environment
•Ability to lift heavy items (e.g., up to 25 kg)
•Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
•Good organizational skills and attention to detail
•Basic computer skills
•Ability to work independently and in a team

Working Conditions:

•Warehouse environment, including temperature-controlled areas
•Standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods
•May require overtime or shift work
