First Position # 1 Assistant restaurant Manager; -
 Male candidate
 Nationality Egyptian
 Age not exceeding 35 years.
 At least 2-3 years in the hospitality business; hotel or restaurant qualification preferable.
 Strong leadership and team management skills.
 Essential Knowledge of the Internet, MS Office and Email.
 Strong communication skills in English both verbal and written.
 Valid transferable residency (Iqama)

Second Position # 1 Restaurant Supervisor; -
 Female candidate
 Nationality (Lebanese, Egyptian)
 Age not exceeding 30 years.
 At least 2-3 years in the hospitality business; hotel or restaurant qualification preferable.
 Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
 Ability to handle daily restaurant operations efficiently
 Experience in staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring
 Good knowledge of customer service standards and complaint handling
 Ability to work under pressure and manage peak hours
 Basic knowledge of inventory control and cost management
 Proficient in using POS systems and reporting tools
 Professional appearance and positive attitude.
 Valid transferable residency (Iqama)


Third Position # 2 Restaurant Captain; -
 Filipino nationality
 Male candidate
 Previous experience as Captain Order / Waiter in restaurants or cafes
 Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
 Ability to take orders accurately and provide excellent customer service
 Professional appearance and positive attitude
 Ability to work under pressure and during peak hours
 Teamwork spirit and good interpersonal skills
 Knowledge of POS systems is preferred
 Flexibility to work shifts
 Valid transferable residency (Iqama)
