Job Summary:

The Operations Manager is responsible for managing daily telecommunications operations, ensuring network reliability, service quality, and operational efficiency. The role involves supervising technical teams, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring telecom services are delivered according to company standards and service level agreements (SLAs).
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily telecom operations and performance.
• Supervise engineers and technical teams.
• Ensure timely maintenance and resolution of network issues.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for service delivery.
• Monitor operational performance and prepare reports.
• Ensure compliance with telecom regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Experience:
• 8+ years of experience in telecommunications operations, including leadership experience.
