Project Manager – Multi-Discipline (Major Projects)

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (Multi-Discipline) to lead and deliver major Saudi
Aramco and non-Aramco projects for a leading Contracting Company in Saudi Arabia. The role will
manage project portfolios valued between SAR 5–30 million, ensuring timely delivery, cost control,
quality, and HSE compliance.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end execution of multi-discipline contracting projects (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical,
Instrumentation).
• Manage major projects for Aramco and non-Aramco clients, ensuring full compliance with client
specifications and standards.
• Plan and control project schedules, budgets, resources, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, QA/QC, and HSE teams.
• Manage client relationships with Aramco, SABIC, and other key stakeholders.
• Oversee project risk management, claims, variations, and change orders.
• Ensure timely approvals, documentation, progress reporting, and close-out.
• Enforce HSE standards, company policies, and client requirements on site.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial or related discipline).
• 10–15 years of experience in multi-discipline contracting projects within Oil & Gas / Industrial
sectors.
• Proven experience managing project values between SAR 5–30 million.
• Hands-on project management experience with Saudi Aramco and SABIC projects.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Aramco standards, work permit systems, and contractor
management processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong planning, commercial, and contract administration experience.
• PMP certification is an advantage.
