2,000+ Semi-Skilled & Unskilled Manpower Saudi Arabia

Gulfaar Group is currently looking to establish a pool of reliable manpower suppliers within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for upcoming EPC project requirements.

We anticipate requirements for 2,000+ semi-skilled and unskilled manpower, with project mobilization expected to commence from mid-October 2026, followed by ongoing manpower deployment based on project requirements.

Manpower Categories

Requirements may include, but are not limited to:

Helpers / General Workers
Construction Workers

Skilled & Semi-Skilled
Civil
Mechanical
Piping
Electrical
Welding / Fabrication
Equipment / Material

Other Semi-Skilled & Unskilled categories as required
Supplier Requirements

We are looking for direct manpower suppliers currently having workers available inside Saudi Arabia.

Preference will be given to:

Manpower available under a single sponsor
Workers already available within the Kingdom
Immediate / short-notice mobilization capability
Valid Iqama and required documentation
Suppliers able to provide manpower in batches as per project demand
Competitive and commercially workable rates
Suppliers capable of supporting long-term manpower requirements
Important

This is a large-volume and potentially long-term requirement. Suppliers with genuine manpower availability and competitive rates are encouraged to contact us.

If your rates are commercially accepted and manpower availability is confirmed, we may consider your company for ongoing / long-term manpower requirements.
