The Role
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall P&L, inventory management, customer satisfaction, and team leadership of a high-volume retail outlet.

Candidate Requirements
Experience: 3+ years in a Management role within the Hypermarket or Supermarket sector.

Background: Must be from Kerala.

Language Skills: * Native Malayalam speaker.

Fluent in Hindi (to manage diverse staff).

Basic Arabic (essential for dealing with local customers and authorities).

Skills: Strong knowledge of KSA retail trends, inventory software, and labor management.
