Job Role
We are seeking a dynamic Fit-Out Engineer – Sales who combines technical fit-out knowledge with strong sales and client-handling skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, preparing technical proposals, and converting opportunities into projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate and follow up on fit-out project leads (commercial & residential)
• Meet clients, understand requirements, and propose technical solutions
• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and technical/commercial proposals
• Coordinate with design, estimation, and execution teams
• Conduct site visits for project evaluation and measurements
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close deals
• Maintain client relationships and identify repeat business opportunities
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Engineering
• 2–4 years of experience in interior fit-out sales or execution
• Strong knowledge of finishing works (gypsum, flooring, joinery, MEP coordination)
• Experience in Saudi fit-out market is preferred
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Valid KSA driving license preferred
• Arabic & English communication skills are an advantage
