Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Site Engineer / Scaffolding Supervisor to oversee daily on-site construction activities, manage workforce operations, and strictly enforce scaffolding safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess 2 to 3 years of hands-on civil engineering and site supervision experience in Saudi Arabia, demonstrating strong leadership in labor management and structural safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Site Engineering & Supervision: Oversee day-to-day execution of civil works on-site, ensuring all activities comply with project specifications, approved drawings, and time schedules.

Scaffolding Oversight: Inspect, supervise, and approve the erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures in accordance with Saudi safety regulations and standard engineering practices.

Labor & Resource Management: Direct, coordinate, and monitor site workforce (laborers, foremen, and technicians) to maintain productivity, resolve daily operational bottlenecks, and enforce site discipline.

Safety & Quality Control: Perform regular site inspections to ensure strict adherence to quality assurance standards and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols, zero-compromise permit-to-work compliance, and proper fall protection.

Reporting & Coordination: Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, coordinate with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors, and track material consumption on-site.
